International Hotel School Practical Hours-Young Chefs initiative

We recently had 3 young up-and-coming chefs from the International Hotel School log their practical hours with us.

They spent 4 months at With HÄRT HQ learning everything vegan baking.

​

This is a first of its kind in the industry, and we are excited to see the impact it will have on the culinary world.

We can't wait to welcome the next batch of chefs.

World Vegan Day Conference Speaker

I had the privilege to be a guest speaker at the very first Global Vegan Hospitality & Tourism Online Conference.

We had over 200 people sign up for the conference from all over the world.
